Through San Anto Cultural Arts‘ Community Mural Program, local artists collaborate with students and residents in San Antonio’s Westside to create murals that convey the neighborhood’s identity and history.
In two years, I conducted over thirty hours of oral history interviews and scoured the organization’s print archives to gather information for an online mural gallery. Each gallery tile expands to tell the story of a San Anto mural. View the gallery here.
